Taste Traders make hampers that tell stories. The UX on their e-commerce site was working well. But their brand didn’t reflect the amazing people behind the hampers. They needed a content adjustment to inject all their copy with a large dose of their character. They came to us because in the short term they needed help upgrading their site in time for peak Christmas demand. The people behind the wicker
From the word go, we were on call to answer ‘quick fix’ questions, and attend to Taste Traders’ copy pain points. In time for the Christmas rush, we made all their site copy oil the sides of the sales funnel. Then we set about reworking it to make it more personal and friendly, like they are themselves. We also consulted with Taste Traders on specific design features of their website. We gave advice and executed changes where needed. We worked with them to give them a deeper understanding of their own platform. And to foster a self-sustaining online strategy at Taste Traders.
